Success is dependent on effort.
I am not ready to start watching what I eat. I figure I need to start with one thing at a time and a fitness routine is my primary goal...eating is a much harder thing to tackle. That being said, at some point in the near future I need to have a jump start and plan for maintaining.
Why do these things take so much effort?
The Big Picture: The weight didn't come on overnight and it sure as heck ain't going away overnight.
Why I Kick A$$: Because I left work on time today. Major accomplishment.

- For my Duder who survived his Kindergarten wellness check and vaccinations
- For no wanting Oreos tonigh.
